She’s searching,

Searching for a way out of this Cycle,

Of School

Going home,

A run to market,

Cooking, cleaning

And sneaking out to that party later,

Acting “grown”,

Just to be treated as daddy’s little girl at home;

She finds this troubling,

And when she talks to her parents,

Mommy and Daddy say,

“Look up and pray to God”

But when she does thoughts telling her to go on her own,

Are louder than the whispers God puts in her ear,

So with the demons in her head,

She decided it was time to abandon the cycle,

Let loose and go psycho…

So she packed her bags,

And she got up and left…
